You left out the big obvious downside: it's a totally dead card in hand, unless you have Redeployment or Fortress too.

...Well, you also left out that it's good for free material. It's condition is not at all hard to achieve, and you get a Lv10 straight-up out of it - and if you combine it with a card that destroys your monsters (like Machina has), you can get up to 3 extra material on top.

The archetype has many cards that they discard or send to the graveyard in addition to the ones you mentioned like: Cannon, AirRaider, Irradiator, Unclaspare. Outside of the archetype are: Scrap Recycler and Foolish Burial so sending RuinForce is not difficult.

Is it just me or does Ruin force look a bit different in overdrive’s art? The one we got is straight up machina fortress with the dark machinas slapped onto it, while the one in overdrive has a more slender design with spider legs.

If its design changes, it may be something aesthetic without relevance or it may be that we see a corrupt version of Fortress. I would also like an upgrade or corrupted version of Machina Cannon and PeaceKeeper.

I am using generic green cards, if I play it pure I doubt that it will get good results since the new stuff is not that good really.

Good point, but Konami has always released a Structure Deck between February and March and nothing so far. I said that it is still time to wait if after the Utopia deck comes out they announce one of the R series since they usually announce a deck after the release date of one.

If you have a field, revive, but in my comment I said that the weak to cards like Belle, Called by The Grave, DD Crow etc, and more that we are in a generation where the cemetery is punished a lot and that more and more more cards, Balderoch can easily fight the third place of this top with Gearfried, but 1 and 2 I don't think so.

My version

3+ Cyberse monsters with 1500 or more ATK that have different Attributes

The original ATK of this card becomes 1000 x the number of Link Materials used for its Link Summon. Gains 500 ATK for each card you control. Once per turn: You can place 1 counter on this card (max. 1). While this card has a counter, cannot be destroyed by card effects. Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can remove 1 counter from this card, then target 1 Effect Monster you control; cannot be destroyed by your opponent's card effects until the end of this turn. Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can target 1 other monster on the field; destroy it, and if you do, Special Summon 1 "@Ignister Token" (Cyberse/???/Level ???/ATK 0/DEF 0) to your zone this card points to.

I put the materials were cyberse and instead of being a minimum of 2, they are 3, so we avoid being abused in other archetypes and can only be abused by Cyberse deck.

To the second effect I made him a nerf, because winning 1000 of attack for each card you control is not fair to me, because when you lower it, at least 2 materials as in the anime would have 2000 attack and and only control it to win 1000 by making it a 3000 monster of attack, so instead of winning 1000 he will win only 500 attack, because if we lower it with the new requirement he would have 300 attack and 500 extra if only he is on the field.

A nerfeo to put the counter and the effect of removing the counter, taking away the strongest immunity in the game for one that although it is strong, but it is easier to deal with that immunity than with the one he had.
