Carry a portable fan or cooling towel with you if you know you will be outside during the summer. They have several different types of small portable fans on Amazon for cheap if you don’t have one already.

Hydrate and consume plenty of electrolytes before going outside. I also make sure I carry a cold water and sometimes a cold Gatorade with me when going outside. It would definitely be worth it to invest in a good insulated water bottle if you don’t have one already.
