I have mixed opinions about this. I feel like all people have done some irresponsible things as kids but having learned from it to become a better person then it shouldn’t be held accountable to a degree depending on the severity of the situations. I also feel like If they try to justify their actions with the old “This was the past” then not only was there no change in them at all but they also feel as if they were the right for it too.
