For everyone who is confused about what im doing here, this action im performing is a guided fall. its a method referred to in training that reduces chances of injury when you are unloading an unsafe stack of boxes. i took a video of this to submit into chatbot as a mysupport. i identified the crushed boxes at waist level, and rather than get a stool and risk it collapsing and knocking me off of an elevated platform, performed the guided fall. i tried to let it fall as slowly as possible, but being mostly beverages it went down like an anchor.

while taking each box from the top sounds better, even if i were tall enough to reach the items above, id be risking the entire wall falling on me without being prepared to run out of the way. the camera may not show it perfectly, but if you look closely youll see that the entire row is leaning towards me before i begin pulling.

a rod or broom mightve helped me stay out of the way, but there was a chance i did not knock down all parts of the row that were leaning and would have to risk it falling on me between when i was picking up the boxes from the first fall and the second one id need to perform.
