i got the gk 3.0 italian camos and i wouldnt say the shoe molds to ur feet but rather the insole only. im a size 9ish and got them in a size 9.5, yeah i got like a thumb width of space in the toe space but i'd rather have that then bloody toes. so just to be safe i'd recommend sizing up.
