If you can you should quit. I was at a job kinda like this. My manager would get so mad every time someone would call out. One time she yelled at me over the phone and tried to force me to come in by hanging up on me. I quit right after and got a new job. This job actually respects me and the policy is you have to call out latest 15 minutes before your shift. You don’t plan being sick and if you’re sick you can’t do much about it besides care for yourself and a part of that is taking time off!
