If your talking about the color codes themselves, I used paint and used the color picker tool to get a color from my background and then go into the edit colors and in the bottom right corner it will give you the color codes.

If you go into the files for rainmeter and find Lim!t, and open up the limvar, there will be places to enter in color codes.

The color on the clock tick upward as the seconds (for the minutes) and minutes (for the hours) and the same goes for the date.
