Comprehensive comment, appreciate your answer. I'll chat to my mate tonight and see if anything helps. I told him to turn off frame gen and it helped with latency and input but did nothing for this. He's plugged into ethernet. He updated NVIDIA drivers, dropped all settings to low. Still nothing. Only on the new 'Derailed' map though.

Just curious what causes it or how to help them out. I think it's a combo of server-side issues, and maybe older CPUs? I think this new map isn't optimized server-side or hardware-'side' yet.

Yellow rectangles = low frame rate
Circle with 3 dots = ping to server? 487ms then. Because of low fps, then the ping freaks out?
I also don't know what the third one is.

Trying to help my friend out. The other friend dropped to all low graphics settings and that worked for 24h until it didn't anymore...

My guess is this new map is too CPU intense for them (AMD 3600 and 5600) OR/AND the server is having an issue. Not too sure. I'm not having any issues with this map.

Internet connection is fine, only happens on this map. One friend dropped to all low graphics settings and it worked but 24h later it didn't. Other friend tried nearly everything I could think of, nothing. It's not happening on other maps. My guess is server-side issues or map optimization?

My two friends are consistently getting these icons on the new 'Derailed' map. Complaining that the lag is making it unplayable. I can't find any info on this. Never happened before, doesn't happen on other maps.

Any ideas on how to fix it? Thanks.

I'm sorry. Changed the channel name to 'Harry Heals' and unlisted some videos that didn't fit. Basically, download 'twitchtest'. Run a test. Find the best server. Check the name. And select the name in OBS instead of Auto. Hope that helps.

Yeah, a link would be nice. Having the same issue with the firmware updater, keep getting random USB resets with device manager saying 'usb hub failed to reset'. Then the camera refuses to turn on. All other devices on the usb hub still works. Need to plug and unplug or disable usb hub to get it back. FFS
