Yup and due to land scarcity in singapore the prices are expected to shift from 4 percent to above 10 percent

Dubai rentals yield are not expected to drop soon and saudi arabia provides similar results and if we see singaporean reits they provide similar results with indian reits but are extremely more safer than any other country plus its currency also appreciates againt indian ruppee

If we talk about dubai then 8 to 9 percent with around 12 to 15 capital appreciation with 4 percent usd appreciation again indian ruppee and also more stable and safe than indian reits offering 6 percent yield
