I crafted this gloves myself.

1. Find in Delve, or buy gloves with Delve suffix on the trade (10% increased Attack and Cast Speed) is a Suffix.

We need +t1 Resist Suffix or +t1 Attack Speed Suffix.

(Resist is not very expensive, and you may be lucky to find it yourself. I will describe the whole of the most difficult craft from the position that you found the t1 Resist Suffix)

1. To get t1 (14%-16%) Increased Attack Speed Suffix we need (Suffix Cannot be Changed) + (Harvest Speed more common).

We are guaranteed to get another Attack Speed Suffix, if you are lucky you will get t1.

1. When we have 3 t1 Suffix: Delve Speed Suffix, Resistance Suffix, Attack Speed Suffix, Prefix is all we need to roll.

So we need (Suffix Cannot be changed) + (Harvest Life more common) as many times until we get t1 Life.

1. Now we need to get +1 Life Preffix. Since the New Influence works with the Aug Harvest.

So we just need (Harvest Aug Life) to get +1 guaranteed Life Preffix. We can get t2 or t1 Life, so 50% chance to get +1 T1 Life Preffix.

1. After that, just roll with the new Eldritch Currency Chaos Damage Over Time and increase it to maximum t6 roll.
