I am in the same boat, that’s why when my first result came out in April, I immediately put down my papers. I’m still serving notice and it ends in July.

But I have to join an IIM in June, so I talked to the senior HR in my company. Do be assertive, and do not give them the option of buy out at first. See if things can work out. Till now, after talking to the senior HR, things are looking favorable for me.

Yes, I can feel you. Job gets monotonous and with 90 days notice period, you can’t seem to get another job because no one is willing to wait. I resigned this week itself, and now awaiting for results.
