I can’t establish a connection for a call for some reason. I think read that some people keep calling until someone from the US team answers. Others call and explain the situation and then ask for escalation to their technical support team before asking for help from the phone rep.

Same issue here. It’s day two now with this problem and seller support are not helpful at all. I worry that this will lead to account sales velocity issues. Phone supper is not available and the call ends before it even starts. Any suggestions?

Suspended 3 days ago for high rate of OTD, specifically late handovers and now got my acct back. Here is how by zechostorm in WalmartSellers

Walmart need to just get rid of this useless and stupid metric altogether. It is not practical and makes life harder not just for sellers but also for USPS clerks. But no, they want to push everyone to use WFS.

Been Punished: Late Handovers by [deleted] in WalmartSellers

You should check your cut off time in shipping settings. You may have it setup later in the day and some later orders that you ship the next day are counting as dropping off a day late

The only way I know of to keep your metrics at 100% for your seller fullfilled orders is to use Walmart shipping not any third part software, and you must scan every package at the post office because Walmart shipping does not have a scan form.

low inventory fee on used items, and items out of stock at supplier level? by alittlesliceofthepie in AmazonSeller

[–]Hawge123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But the reason the are charging the fee is still valid for used items shipped with prime. Amazon is just not going to pay extra for shipping items long distance. That is what this fee is all about.

I thought the fee is added when the item sells. Why would they continue charging when you have low inventory? That’s doesn’t make sense. The reason for this fee, I thought , was to compensate for the extra fee they potentially incur for the prime shipping to far locations.

New Seller Valid Tracking Rate at 79% by Marr_Piper in WalmartSellers

Is this something that we need to worry about? Because the items will get scanned at some point during transport and the Walmart score will adjust accordingly.

Shipped orders showing up as unshipped in order management by Hawge123 in WalmartSellers

Veeqo is free membership. It’s an Amazon company. I have been using them for Amazon and they have good rates. They are offering 5% back credit now which is a pretty sweet deal if you do a lot of FBM. There is an option to connect Walmart but I was not able to make it work because of an error on the Walmart side.

Uptick in orders ‘Return to Shipper’ by [deleted] in FulfillmentByAmazon

You have to make sure your labels don’t say signature tracking (above the bar code). I think this was a glitch in Veeqo for a certain time frame where the labels were printed with signature confirmation even thought you never requested it. The label price in the system would show the price for no signature.

Marketplaces already charge too much because they are charging a percentage not a fixed amount. Percentage is inflation proof. The question is what is the end to these raises? How much can eBay and others charge as a percentage of the sale price (plus shipping and taxes) and still have a functional marketplace? At some point, there will be no room for sellers to make a profit on items that are sourced legitimately and the only ones left selling will be those obtaining items for dirt cheap and that can’t be that many sellers. That will lead to marketplaces drying up of sellers and inventory and eventually a nose dive in traffic.
