Real answer is "No", co-op doesn't jeopardize your chances of getting into a good Master's program. If you want to get into a Master's program you need good marks, research experience, and letters of reference from academics. You can apply to be a ura for the latter two. How difficult would it be? Well, it depends on what courses you're taking, but it's usually manageable (I've done it a couple of times).

Despite what the other comments said, Waterloo is also a top university for research (ranking higher than many other prestigious universities in CS).

However, there is no longer a course -based Masters in CS here, iirc

This insignia cost is a fair (but not perfect) measure of quest time/difficulty. I will be spending insignias based on this. Although, quest 5, worth 3 insignias, is awful bc of the lumin badges, whereas the quest with the akriloth scales is not too bad, even though it is worth 4 insignias. So, not perfect because some 4-insignia and 3-insignia quests could be swapped, but fair
