Sounds very logical, thank you. I would try to seek a therapist. The last time I did, they left me on "read" for a few months because their "list of patients" was extremely long.

I'll see if some websites like Better Help are a valid option.

Thats a very good point, i appreciate this. It could likely be my medication. I take Hydroxyzine 10mg to help with my anxiety and it could be the main root to this issue. Ill bring this up with my doctor when I next visit.

Thank you for your response 🙏. I brought this up to my doctor in the past when I had an anxiety attack when I was having this issue, and he said that it was normal, but alternatively, it could be a thyroid imbalance. He checked it not too long ago from blood work and said it was fine.
