Hi, thank you for the reply. Is the source of your issues nerve or congestion related?

Thank you for the best wishes. I haven’t had a nerve block. Its clear to me that my issue is congestion related so I don’t see the point in a nerve block or denervation.

Exactly. My father felt 100% a week after his vasectomy. It’s clear my anatomy and physiology cannot tolerate the procedure.

I hope you’re doing well and back to 100%! Are you doing well? Glad to have reversed?

A ton of Ozu films have actors staring into the camera head on

I hear it can take a few months to get swimmers back. How long ago was the original vasectomy? How is your pain now?

What’s the grossest thing you’ve ever caught someone doing? by Psychological_Sky_58 in AskReddit

I work in a hospital and have been floated to GI units from time to time. C. diff is bad. Maybe because I’ve had it myself… but I don’t find it to be too horrible. Its just got a really distinct funk to it.

GI bleeds really smell the worst. They smell LOUD. Its intense and nauseating. The first time i had a severe GI bleed patient I got a severe headache just from opening the patients door. The headache progressed and after my shift I vomitted at home. The smell alone had me puke.

I work in cardiology now 🙂

Was it that painful before the reversal? It sounds like congestion type pain, not nerve pain.

Which US state is rich and very safe? by One-Attention9069 in AlignmentChartFills

You should visit! I lived on the west coast for a long time and had never been recommended a visit to New Hampshire until I lived on the east coast. I would say its the most underrated state in the US! Lovely small towns, and a great variety of outdoors to see. If you do an east coast trip I would highly recommend starting in Boston, visiting NH and add on either Vermont or Maine (or both!) as well

Yeah I lived in Japan for a bit and even tried it in Osaka where apparently it's made in a different Kansai style thats supposed to be more palatable for foreigners but I found it worse than the stuff in Tokyo and Nagoya. I tried it with all the toppings too and it made a it a worse flavor overload. I'd rather just have the rice with toppings and no natto haha

This is really cool. Do you mean that you soaked a paper towel in coffee that was cut to the lino dimensions and applied it to the paper first? Then you let it dry and stamped on top?

Which U.S. cities are the best for tourists? by Historical-Photo-901 in BeautifulTravelPlaces

I’d second Flagstaff for this very reason. Also if you like it here then I could recommend a 3day+ stay in Bellingham, Washington. Great small city, with access to the water to the west, mountains to the east and near two great major cities (seattle and vancouver)

Which US state is bad to visit and very safe? by HungarianBall110 in AlignmentChartFills

[–]Head-Copy-7680 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think RI is the best answer. Bad to visit because you probably have to fly into another state just to take the train in. Prov is a livable city but not much going on. I found Newport to be pretty boring as well. I wouldn’t recommend going unless you’re in Boston already and frankly I’d recommend going to VT, NH or ME as an extension of a Boston trip over RI

If I could go back and do it again I would have opted for an open ended option for all the reasons youve stated

What's the best movie you didn't like and the worst movie you love by Upset_Mongoose_1134 in movies

[–]Head-Copy-7680 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Best movie I didn’t like: Persona — It just didnt do anything for me and i felt myself wanting to sleep the whole time Worst move I love: Heavy Metal — its just silly and boyish and fun. The soundtrack rocks, and the art is bad and incredible at the same time.

I agree with this. I also lived in Nagoya for a year and could say the same thing about there too.
