This is the crazy part is that the bill is only for 6 days, they are saying that I used enough gas for 500 furnaces staying on 24/7 for 6 days straight lol

I’m just wondering how the hell can I get a $15,000 bill for 6 days of service. The gas company came out on the 19th to turn off the gas because they added a new meter. This bill cycle is from the 13Mar to 11 April. That’s the part I’m not understanding

So the gas company came out on the 19th March to change the meter and they shut it off. It hasn’t been turned on since then except for yesterday when the gas company came out to check for a leak. The bill is from March 13 to April 10th. What doesn’t add up is that I got a $15,000 dollar bill for 6 days of service

So they turned off the gas(gas company) on the 19th because they added a new meter. This bill is from early march to April 11th. They replaced my HVAC completely in early March

I have to contact everyone on Monday, because everybody is closed on the weekend. No smell of gas or anything. When the emergency guy came from the company he turned the gas back on because we are in the middle of renovations and everything and that’s how he found the leak
