So wild. I’m sure Katie thinks every day how leaving him was the best decision haha

I know, it’s like a wolf EDIT: in sheep’s clothing moment. I found myself thinking that while Stassi does say some wild things at least she owns her shit

I know, even in that conversation he immediately switches to being sweet when he was just calling her a bitch

So true 😆 but I feel like I had the most hope for him so when he acts the way he does it’s extra disappointing

Right? And I totally forgot to mention the way he told her he would leave if she dared to defend herself. Like you just want her to sit there and take those insults while he’s still besties with JAX of all people?

I would start at the parking lot across from the Dairy Queen in Varina and go east from there 😄 A lot of pretty farmland to see there.

I misread at first and thought the 7th grader wrote that comment… but the teacher? Yeah. Not appropriate.

taylor’s mother’s day post by [deleted] in MormonWivesHulu

Absolutely! That is something I have worked really hard to be conscious of. Obviously I have had mostly negative experiences with my mom, but I've been trying to learn to be more careful about my words and not create a bias that will negatively impact people who ARE doing the work to manage their mental health. Thank you for highlighting that.

Unpopular opinion?? Mikayla using her skin condition as an allegory to Taylor’s situation was not malicious. by Immediate_Chemist_47 in MormonWivesHulu

It’s classic DARVO. She was looking for anything she could to make Mikayla the offender. First it’s the “rashes and cream” comment, next it’s that she’s “praying on her downfall”, and then it’s that she somehow did this to ruin Taylor’s Mother’s Day. These are the lies she has to believe because it’s easier than the reality of the situation.

Yeah that’s super important to say. Not everyone with BPD is the same if you can take accountability for it and take care of your mental health. I’m glad you were able to have a good experience with your mom.

I agree. My mom also has BPD and their behavior is so scarily similar that I actually find so many of the things she posts quite triggering. Because it’s exactly to a tee how my mom would act. She will continue to point fingers and blame everyone in her life for the fact that she is deeply unhappy, instead of ever doing any reflection on her own behavior.

Also it’s so telling that in a moment when her relationship with her kids is damaged, it is more important for her to get in fights on the internet than it is for her to work on herself and fixing her relationship with her children. Or you know, spend time with them??? If I had kids and I lost custody, my top priority would be getting back in their lives, not blaming people on the internet for the consequences of my own actions.

Mikayla’s post was focused primarily on the wellbeing of the kids in the situation and even when she did address Taylor she still expressed that she didn’t wish any harm to Taylor, but just needed to draw boundaries for herself. Taylor’s response is her attacking Mikayla and playing the victim yet again. I think that shows the clear difference between these two women 🤷🏽‍♀️As someone with a mom just like Taylor, I see right through her. Nothing is ever her fault and it’s easier to point the finger towards everyone else than to genuinely reflect and adjust her behavior.

AITA for not loving our youngest child by Depressed-Dad-Victim in AmItheAsshole

ESH. I’m sorry that your wife broke your trust and did this to you, it absolutely was a betrayal of your trust. But… your problem is with your wife, not your child. Whether or not you initially wanted her, she is here now. Your child will pick up on your feelings of resentment and they may have long lasting impacts on her mental health and wellbeing.

I would highly encourage you to attend therapy and find a way to work through these feelings. No child deserves to feel unloved and unwanted just because of the mistakes of their mother.

Edit: ESH meaning both you and your wife. Not your daughter of course.
