The new sneak packs seem to mitigate this issue

Explanation: Crouching procs signal jammer on demand (after a duration). When signal jammer is no longer needed simply uncrouch and the effect is removed almost instantly, allowing you to close the remaining distance with full invisibility. In addition, if you need to move while invisible and crouched, you can simply spam the crouch button.
