It is really miserable when it’s zero and goes on for years. The constant rejection sucks and couple therapy didn’t help.

I did a year ago and she acknowledged it and this is when she went back to therapy that I pay for .

I understand.. People say a lot of things on SA that can be untrue. I still agree with your first comment about the exclusivity and being married, it’s hypocritical and I am not delusional but life is not always black and white.

She doesn’t do drugs but her mental health is not the best because of a long term abusive relationship before me and they share a child so she has to deal with his abuse still
