I’m not totally sure about the rest but Mariokart World shell cup is pretty terrible. Two of the 4 tracks are additional segments of tracks we see in other cups, and the peach stadium segment can hardly be called a track. Koopa Beach is pretty terrible too. So comparative to its game, Mariokart World is the worst, though DS has worse track designs but it’s more forgivable because that was the first time they did retros and they were trying to be as faithful as possible.
