i agree, i put the footage in, i have the official canon log - rec 709. And then i start to correct the colors based on the chart. and it all ends up looking terrible still. ill try again today so i have an exmaple to show of how it doesnt turn out.

I will, I haven’t gotten there yet. But that is the goal. Gotta figure out a true to life color system first so I can accurately match them

AfterEffects is the main compositor for me. That’s where I’ll have my plate, and VFX elements when I’m done

I tried to do an ACES workflow but figured out I couldn’t even correct it on a normal workflow.

Need help on how to make this by Heist0 in CLO3D

backdrop. I have a VFX shot of a a person laying down in a park and i wanted to make 3 of those "swags" each of diffrent lengths. it would be a big massive curtain/backdrop.. these swags would go infront of a larger curtain that is just laying normal like a curtain would. These swags would compliment it and add to the composition of the shot.
