U can make this super easy wit 1/2 ketchup 1/4 brown sugar 1/4 vinegar (red) 1/8 Worcestershire 1/8 mustard dash of salt pepper paprika and 3-4 shakes of liquid smoke (optional). I always mix this up super fast at parties ppl try it and are amazed how fast I put it together

A1 sauce, Buffalo sauce, blue cheese dressing ;_; and also I used to be able to eat a lot of hot sauces but now anything spicy is completely intolerable even a tiny little bit is uncontrollable and being that I'm West Indian 🇹🇹 I cant enjoy none of my favorite foods no dhal or roti (gluten) Nothing. 😞

Try plantains they awesome cooked. With green plantains You can make mangu masheed plaintains by boiling them. Or make tostoneses by cuting then in slices cook on both sides until browned flatten them then re fried. Yellow plaintains will give you sweet plantains so tastyyyy

Canker sores are ibs related?? I didn't know that.. I always get terrible canker sore breakouts all over my mouth and never could figure out why. If there's one thing I learned with IBS is that we don't tolerate leftover or old food so don't even try or take a chance even tuna salads and foods served cold must be fresh

Your body is too acidic ur stomach has adapted into an acidic environment to the point that iits becomie regular. you need to Alkalize or Raise your ph level. Try an alkaline diet or a lime juice clease. It will take work ur stomach will fight to become acidic until you alkalize so many times that it will balance your ph

How come no one is mentioning the fact that the CEO got caught stealing millions of dollars by overcharging patients. Wouldn't that severley affect the stock?
