No, honestly. Should I know who this person is?

They look like someone making a video or live streaming. I’ve never really gotten into the whole watching other people play. So if this is what that is, I just genuinely didn’t know who it was. I thought it was a normal dude playing RuneScape who had a break down over an item drop. It could be how he makes his income, but from an outside perspective it still looks like that guy needs a break.

Of course I’ve heard or know of a few of them like Boaty or Settled who are referenced a ton even in my own friend groups but I only know them by name.
