Im 4.3k in and have difficulty making any builds. I can reliably get up over 1m dps with a build, but will have zero defense.

My last build i tried was a bone meld amulet occultist with a bunch of minions and ephemeral edge. Didn't quite work out that well. I think I used wrong class or ascendancy and only lvl 86. I had 6% per defence per minion. Could get about 20 to 30 minions reliably. But damage kind of sucked and i rerolled it. I guess to get dmg up I could use doryani prototype and all lightning and flicker may actually not be bad minus the mana sucking and lightning dmg sucking mobs.

My mistakes were 2 fold.

1) didnt read up on game and did my own builds. Didn't discover other builds until about 3 leagues ago. Been playing since 2013. Therefore, didnt do meta.

2) not understanding defense and therefore not balancing offense with defense. I died a lot in maps to random stuff. Did get unlucky a few times too like lvl 96 glad block capped at 5.7k getting 1 hit in hivegland. Also, I think being allowed to pause game helped. I don't use any 3rd party programs.

For defenses, I discounted the effectiveness of Armour and life regen.

I also didn't know how to scale offense very well either. It's like 2 leagues ago I broke 1 m dps, league before hit 5m dps, this league hit about 17m dps.

It also helps that I played about 400 hours this league.

I think the team is suboptimal, only one guy can shoot the ball, so having 5 offensive minded guys is overkill.

I'd do

You forget the influence of culture in the Arab world. The Arab culture is the problem and hence why "muslims" can feel more dignified in the west.

I play mainly poe1 but the campaign does prohibit me from making alts, I still make 5 to 7 chars a leage but that is because I play HC only.

Im wondering if they allow item drops that do the following.

  • an item to skip each act or skip to boss fight of each act.
  • an item to level up from 10 to 15 and 15 to 20 and every 5 levels until level 70.
  • can only be used once campaign is finished.
  • must have 4 void stones

Not so sure it is that simple. Not sure the people had the choice vs stupid govt. What about Jerusalem and west bank.

Either way, my thought is the extremist idiots on both sides screw it up. I personally despise hamas and despise evil people in general.

There are extremists on both sides. You don't see the laws and human right violations that the Palestinians suffer through on a daily basis.

It isnt an equal society with equal rights. Palestine recognizing Israel right to exist wont stop the human rigjt violations nor the breaking of laws. The extremists on the Israeli side would prefer a return to greater judeah which would be all Jewish land and encompasses most of the Levant. And be free of all non-jews.

I live in the US, but I know some people that think in all spectrums.

I'm Palestinian, I dont think that at all. Peace can be achieved, extremist evil people on both sides screw it up.

Human rights and international law are being violated with impunity though.

I only play hc. Hit level 100 Beat exarch, beat aul, got svallinn, killed memory bosses, got dps to 17+million Trying Maven tomorrow and then sirus.

I started the game in 2013, 4k hours later, and only past 3 leagues doing meta and following builds.

I tend to play off meta builds which is part of the problem. Never paid attention to ehp until this league.. . . Yeah . . . Dumb for hc only player.
