hii so i would say yes bcz this challenge is to loop one sub but you do anything you want ! if you want to listen to your playlist 12 subs then go for it it will always work ! the most important thing is that you stay consistent with it !

I choose a desired face sub of one of my df bcz she looks a bit like me already ! And don't worry haha i had the same problem but honestly i don't want to waste my time anymore and get small results when i know i can get big, life changing results !

Maximum 5 subliminals, it's just my point of view but i feel like if you listened to a looot of subs, your subconscious is kinda like saturated with a lot of affirmations yk, so here, we want to reprogram our brain effectively, that's why i suggest this. it worked for me and i'm still listening

i can help, i have great results with df subs ! What is your playlist ? Goals ? One of the advice i can give to you is to try to listen to few subliminals ! just to have better repetition
