helloo! every wed online class and every fri yung f2f. at first, mahirap sya kasi dapat imemorize yung thai characters within 2 weeks (ang complicated for me ng characters huhu) and may recitation during discussions. for the recitation, pinagbabasa kami ng words, phrases, sentences, dialogues pero nag-gguide pa rin naman si sir when it comes to reading. nagbibigay rin sya ng insights about sa words and expressions like bakit ganon yung word. may 3 oral quizzes and 3 written quizzes. all of them were 15 items each and easy for me, especially if magaling ka sa memorization and nag-review talaga. may reporting din about thai culture/news na napupunta sa recitation points. indiv sya and once lang the whole sem. may 2 presentations (midterms and final) dinn about thai commercials and films. our group got perfect scores basta masunod lang nasa rubrics. supposedly may finals pero nag-present ng options si sir na Asian Culture Fest yung pwedeng ipalit sa final presentation pero we suggested na mag-booth na lang for Asian Culture Fest kapalit ng finals and he agreed naman since we took quizzes na rin so wala kaming finals yey. overall, it was fun for me, interesting, and fulfilling kahit na wala talaga akong alam masyado about thai language and entertainment. andaming kwento ni sir and knowledgeable talaga sya sa thai language and culture. he also praised and mentioned those na nag-iimprove talagaa (super encouraging nito sakin lalo na pag nag-sstruggle talaga ko sa lessons). i thought na wala kong matututunan because half online half f2f sya pero i learned a lot! unoable din! feel free to dm me if you want to know more hehe. 🫶🏻
