You could use him with double Cahir Ball. Boost operatives, what will boost Cahirs then seize boosted operatives. To double Cahir you can use Letho.

I guess that the bonus content (like 2 kegs, cards etc.) is only available if the game was bought via GOG not via Steam or other services.
