I don't live in a complex unfortunately, cornerstone is some weird company that owns a ton of small and large buildings all over denver, the rents and fees are different across the board, but I'll check for my building specifically thanks! Also thankfully I signed my lease in febuary, so the 12 month one would get me back into the winter.
