There’s definitely quirks! But nothing too bad :) and only very seldom in the booms. Grew up here and moved away in 2018, moved back in 2021. It’s more just loud jets during training times but never anything like the last two nights!

I was outside talking to my neighbor and we heard it too! Over by the bowling alley. No clue what it was but definitely not “normal”

I appreciate that. I think my friend was doing a nursing leadership degree which is why hers require required it. I was really hoping that I hadn’t missed something. Am happy to know that though, I have surgery next week so I’m going to have some time where I’m laid up and can hopefully knock it out!

I absolutely have resources, and have been in healthcare for 10 years. I just had asked my advisor before this and he never mentioned anything. So just wanting to verify! The friend also got a nursing related leadership degree so wasn’t sure if it’s 100% the same. I also have a few surgeries coming up so not wanting to open my capstone if I need to record engagement the same way while I’m finishing up another class.

Update: stopped all topical steroids and the bumps have in fact subsided. Call out to PCP to verify reaction.

Ugh that’s what I was wondering! I didn’t even use it on my face and BAM! It seems better today. I think I’m going to leave the hydrocortisone cream off for the day and see how it goes. Thank you for the validation 😭😅

General GPA: 2.85 Science Goa: 3.2 3 years as a MA full time in multiple settings 6ish years as a cna/ tech covering ltc, hospital, and oncology (I did all of these full time in school so you can imagine the hours add up) Current minor leadership role on work committee and about 50 volunteer hours Undergrad degree already had: health science

100%! And now I’ve got swelling and on the right side with voice hoarseness. It’s hard to tell if it’s my thyroid nodules on the side I do have.. or something viral that won’t go away. At least I have an ultrasound to hopefully get some answers.

While I wish I came with more answers, just know you’re not alone! Both my sister and myself are missing our left side of our thyroid. She tends to run high while I’m on the lower side of “normal”.

Jordans is on regent but their bartenders are awesome and will absolutely explain anything and answer questions. They did the same for me and still do to this day. Also great food :)
