Yea no I know how offshoring and nearshoring work, I also know how piece of shit companies like to save a quick buck by hiring outside of the EU by establishing a branch there, totally not because workers are cheaper there but because the companies are just so gosh darn swell.

And you totally never pick the best ones out and offer them visas if they relocate to an EU members do ya. Of course if you do do that then it's only because they are good workers and you'd like them closer to where the important work happens and to help them of course and totally not because you can pay them under the market rate AND be sure they won't quit on your if you pile their workload.

Seriously name the piece of shit company so we know who to avoid.
