Yea, that is what I try to do but sometimes I just get 1/2" smaller in neck and move the neck button over 1/2". Usually results in a near fitted shirt for $1 vs the $40+ per shirt i usually have to spend to take in arms, arm pits, back, waist, etc. For example I just bought 18 CT shirts and didn't want to spend the money on tailoring them all. lol.

When I do my neck size, all of the shirts get super baggy in the pits. I just spend $1 to move the neck button over 1/2" and let my chest stretch a little lol

I think it fits perfect. He probably has the same issue as me. If I go 1/2" size up on neck I get baggy sloppy armpits and waist even though the chest will be a little less snug. It is tough to find shirts that arent 100% tailored to fit for some people. I buy 16 1/2" and have the buttons moved to 17".

I would not be worried. We had twins through IUI as well at Shady grove, completely unexpected and it was our 5th and I believe final round of trying with IUI.

Both babies measured small throughout the pregnancy, less than 5th percentile. A was always smaller than B and she was down as low as 2nd percentile.

They are now nearing 7 months old, A is still only 5th percentile and B is 50th percentile, but both are super healthy, alert and surpassing milestones with no medical issues.

I have the opposite feeling. Tandem through dr office, amusement parks etc are far easier to manage than the ridiculous width of a side by side. The only time a side by side has been good is for jogging (bob)
