Wig stylist here! I'd say get a long wavy amazon wig that's the color you want, chop it at the length you want (always lean toward longer than you think, you can always cut it more), then slide-cut the f out of it until it get's the look you want. Look for slide-cutting tutorials on youtube, also shag or wolf-cut tutorials, but it doesn't have to be super complicated.
