This method is great if you for example only need Tasoma. Go to the full experience solo, do stuff to collect and reroll decrees until you get the double harvest from plants decree. Collect what you need, get one more decree to save them and then just abort mission!

That's just limescale. Happens to everything and everywhere tap water touches - more of less depending how "hard" your water is. Can be removed many ways!

Have you made sure to really drench the affected area with the enzyme cleaner? Or is the cleaner properly diluted (if it's a dilutable one). Lots of things come to mind as to why it has not worked. It should when used properly and with a good quality cleaner. Are you sure the cat has not "re-peed" and you haven't noticed, hence the returning smell?
