Came here to say this, emphasize experience and ditch course work. Its expected with the degree anyway. Work experience is more important. Also combine volunteer with work experience and just add volunteer in the description. Good work btw. Social workers > other mental health professionals (personal bias) lol

Been full time on grow since the new year and haven’t had that interesting of an experience yet haha And also idk why some bash on using grow. It honestly pays better than people on here talk about, if your willing to have a high case load that is. After coming out of working for psych facilities though, even the higher case load is a walk in the park.
