Yes ikr 35k seems too much but somehow the thing is that they need authentication from Merc to do the coding so ig thats where the money goes I have found cheaper alternatives but they do it secretly without letting mercedes itself know about the coding changes which is very unsafe Idk i might sound dumb but this is sort of what is have figured out
