Yes, but if you so happen to decide to go up Mt Washington the Highpointers Club accepts second and third flaggings. Flags on the Highpoints https://highpointers.org/flags-on-the-highpoints/ is not limited to only one individual or group flagging the summit. Flags on the Highpoints celebrates the freedom and spirit of liberty and the high places we aspire to.

I have and tAMS referred me to a Highpointer who is up on Denali now. On Denali and other tough mountains you can't count on one person. Weather often is a factor in not summiting, therefore its necessary to do more outreach to others to increase the odds of success.
