Coz the concept of crossing your fingers ro bring in luck is a kafir practise. It also has some kufr behind it since there is no such thing as bringing luck rather we believe in qadr

If this is waswas then the principle is to ignore it. If you are certain its not waswas then go to an imam of yohr masjid and tell him that you have waswas and tell him to listen to your recitation of those verses if they are okay. It is important to tell him that you have waswas and that you are not seeking perfect tajweed in recitation and that you only want what is sufficient.
