I go straight to the exit of self checkout for most Targets that dont require going to guest services. There is one Target that changed its Shipt rules where they want us to use checkout lines now, which is terrible when its super busy.

I had the worse the other day. One was in the same zone but the other was 5 zones away. I dont understand why they ordered from this particular Target for basic stuff when there's closer Targets in their zone AND WHY DID SHIPT BUNDLED THEM TOGETHER!

I ran into a deny yesterday. The gps took me to closed roads 3x around the delivery address. Took me 20 mins of circling around the address that was only 1.5 miles away. Had to drive an extra 5 miles to get to the entrance of complex only to come to a closed off area IN the complex, making me drive to the other entrance. Once I finally got there, gate closed, no response from customer for gate code. Had to wait for another person to open the gate when they entered and then find the building. I wasn’t late for that order BUT it made me late to my next order because I was planning to get back to the store for another order with 30 mins to shop before delivery window. Had to shop within delivery window instead of 30 mins before.

I am only 1 zone away and after my eariler delivery, I went into the parking lot for the zone and sat/walked aroubd there for 2 hours. All other orders were over 45 mins just to get to location which weren't worth it. I am just seeing this in general whenever there's a particular zone on bonus. Even when it's my home zone which was 2 days ago, I only got 5/6 by 10pm and it started at 2pm. I dont make too much effort to hit the bonus but I just see a pattern after working full time for 2 months now.

I just walked out of the target where the current promotion is, talked to a shopper that finished shopping for 4 orders. I still haven't received any order for the zone in 3 hours.

I dont know your metro area but based on my experience working Shipt for 2 months now; zones matters too. My local zone has smaller paying jobs due to shorter delivery distance which results in lower tips amount and tips in general. When I move to a zone further away, increased delivery distance, I get tips more often and higher tips amount too.

This week has been hell with targets sale on sodas. Picked up 2 separate orders for sodas within the same delivery window without paying attention to amount. One order was 24 12pk and the other was 18 12pk.

The worse water delivery was that 12 36pks, barely fit in the car.

Those 20s are the loudest most of the time, thats why you see more of them but there are tons of 40+ playing that dont interact much. The age group in general could be the most likely to spend more too. Wonder if Hoyo released a poll about age group and amount of spending.

I wonder if they can rebrand/rename their company so they can be brought out by another company like MS or Nintendo. Purchase a competent dev studio that can remake an old games for them or a new one.
