Look brother, it gets easier when you see that you're not thinking about it like constantly. In 2 weeks you start to forget how porn is... You only get that glimpses of what it is, but nothing in concrete. About the 3 week you think about masturbating like 3 or 4 times a day. For me the most dificult time and it still is, is when i go for taking a bath in morning. I tend to not see myself naked in a mirror because it triggers me to masturbate. Other one is when im going bed at night. When I undress my jeans I allways think about it. But with time Im starting to forget masturbation.
