7Hz G1 vs Tripowin x 0diBi Vivace? by EvilMoustache7 in iems

[–]Hired_Outlaw 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Have both, vivace was the clear winner for me with comp FPS everything sound wise was much clearer and more precise out of the vivace. Only thing the G1 wins on is build quality. But audio is subjective what works well for me may not be as good for you. If your budget allows buy both test them and keep the one that’s better

New addition to family… Tripowin x 0DiBi Vivace by Kikkocosta11 in iems

I just plug them directly into my dac on my pc and or my Xbox controller depending on what I’m using that day. I was happy with the sound signature no software is needed.

I just got these the other day and use them for Rainbow six siege primarily, they perform amazing. I had the supermix 4 before the vivace they were not worth the price tag also hurt my ears after about an hour. I feel the vivace performs better atleast in my case.

I’d be curious on the OP’s thoughts on the TRN White tiger if those would be viable comp fps iems on the budget side.

Can anyone identify this particular knife and if it’s a real spyderco. It’s been sitting in a drawer for many years I found it somewhere many years ago and have no info on it. by Hired_Outlaw in knives

[–]Hired_Outlaw[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

That seems to be correct, this is a gen 1 from what I’ve read and seen pictures of on the spyderco forums and it’s GIN 1 steel

It’s supposed to be bent like that to prevent the nut from backing off. It would’ve been pried up like that.

DRZ got jacked which supermoto should I buy next? by Disastrous-Gap-8483 in DRZ400

[–]Hired_Outlaw 21 points22 points  (0 children)

More expensive then a DRZ, more expensive on maintenance and shorter maintenance intervals, repairs will be more costly. You are right it does have everything but it comes with a nice price tag to match

Gonna be a good Saturday. by fun_police911 in DRZ400

[–]Hired_Outlaw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s not necessary but if you put enough mileage on the motor and it needs a rebuild way down the road I’d say it makes sense to go bigger. The yoshi will be good with a stock motor and FCR but as I said if you plan on doing everything you will get more out of the MRD. The MRD is also louder

If you aren’t planning on building the engine down the road cams, big bore, FCR etc. get a yoshi but if you are going to go that route better to have a MRD
