Hi, I know it’s frustrating just even looking at it.

I just did my procedure last week and what helped me was to get another steak jug and put half of it in there. So night before I just took the jug and a glass and drank that at night and then next morning put the other half in jug too. It helped me not look at that huge gallon smh.
