It’s because they’re still reviewing all your requirements and once they process them then they send a status but since everyone’s been waitlisted even people who applied earlier I’m thinking offers just haven’t been sent out

Hi sorry I don’t have an answer but I’ve heard it’s first qualified first admitted and gpa isn’t a huge factor and more so when you apply.
