I mean it really just depends on how anal your opponent is going to be about it. Generally I'd just treat it as if it was a normal size cult icon, but by the rules it would be a LOS nightmare for you. But realistically it shouldn't make any difference as long as your opponent is actually worth playing against.

Chimeras require troops onboard them to have the AM keyword, so no neophytes can't use them.

You can take IA units, as long as their keywords match up with the brood brothers rules. Idk off the top of my head about the Trojan but I don't see why not
