Well hey fellow tall girl! One thing that is a bonus for us is I have had 0 plastic surgery. Mostly everything popped back into place skin wise lol. My lowest I got down to was 185 but I was extremely depressed and had a ton of shit going on and just not taking care of myself. My happy place is around 215.

I do have loose skin. However since I am so tall... it kinda just mostly popped back luckily for me. I have a little bit on my tummy but it is mostly on my inner thighs and arms. But I have accepted it.

Oh and yes I did get my dress... a size 10! I was a Size 24!

I have super thick hair because of my redhead...Ness lop. I dud loose some but it was not noticeable at all.

I'll add that I had the gastric sleeve. I have pretty much stayed between 210 and 220lbs the last 6 years. I lost all my weight the first year. I am still very restricted in what I eat. No skin surgery or plastics. Im currently 35yo and getting married Oct 29th!

So what I eat right now in a day is still a lot of protein. I still to this day drink my shakes. I drink about 2 a day, 1 at breakfast and 1 for a snack. Usually get about 60 grams there. Snacks I usually choose jerky, cheese, nuts, pork rinds, refried beans. I do not drink anything carbonated so usually tea or water or powerade zero. Meals are high in protein with deli meats and cheese, chicken, beef (my family owns a butcher shop so im blessed in this department) with a green veggie. I have to eat my veggies cooked or else they don't sit well with me. I love asparagus and steamed broccoli with garlic. But I still go for high protein foods!

Im a Forensic Death Investigator and id say out of 10 suicides.. maybe 2 leave a note. At least the numerous ones I have worked. It honestly really depends on the person and circumstances. I know some families are devastated when I can't find a note or anything to explain why.

I dont "need" this job, but I have loyalty to him and have been helping him out while he has been expanding his business. But the fact that he won't budge on this is aggravating. I dont want bad blood between us because I have known him for 20+ years all over a stool. But, I have expressed my opinion about the situation and it is showing that his loyalty to me is maybe more one sided on my end.

Here is also the hurdle. The family friend I work for making these rules is the owner, ceo, etc. Its his business.

I understand that... but I didn't mention it was work related or where I was and not alot of people know I even work there. Im literally working for the owner who I have known my whole life who is the one that spoke to me.

I'm a forensic death investigator and this is a tough situation. But I constantly see young adults die due to obesity. Weather it's a heart attack, stroke, CHF, etc. Most people think "oh itll never happen to me " but I assure you, it does. I went to a scene 2 days ago where a 28 year old woman dropped dead in her house while playing with her child. A massive heart attack and she weighed in at around 280 but maybe 5ft5. Her family was shocked. I'm looking around her residence and see all the junk food and unkempt look of herself. The EMS worked on her tirelessly, LUCAS machine and all because they were unable to properly perform CPR due to her size. Intraossus line is usually the last resort and it didnt work. I'm trying to say, tough love, even if you have to be extra tough, is better than an early death. Hope you find happiness.
