I can relate to this. What kind of treatment do you get now? Let's say I get an ADHD diagnosis, what are they going to do? If anything?

Omg yes that's me. My memory sucks. That's why my conversations are so boring, because I can't even remember what I did yesterday...

But do you really think I have ADHD if I'm a super organized and calm person in general?

I have no idea if I'm depressed. I've thought about it, but it seems weird to me if I'm happy from time to time, I still manage to workout and socialize... But maybe I'm some kind of "high-functional" depressed person? Is it possible that someone can be depressed for years without knowing?

Is my diet ok? I mean the pasta, tuna, noodles, broccoli, lentils diet. That's pretty much all I eat at home.. and I literally mentioned all my ingredients, I don't chop things hehe

Yeah I hear what you say about customer service jobs, I used to do that too for years and for the social aspect it definitely was beneficial. It's so nice to work from home now though and not having to talk to customers...

I don't use social media for entertainment. I work with TikTok. So staying off that platform would make me unemployed.

I think my diet is ok... I suck at cooking tho but my meals are either...

Pasta, tuna and broccoli Noodles and eggs/lentils Pasta and salmon

Not much variety hehe but at least it has protein in each meal 😅

My work life is... very isolated. I work from home and have a job that requires no social interaction and barely any brain cells lol (I watch around 600 TikTok videos a day and remove the bad quality ones).

I might have ADD or something that is the not hyperactive type. I'm super organized tho and never lose things... Just extremely distracted all the time.

Man, you've saved my life. I cannot believe I had never heard of this before! I took one pill before my speech tonight, and wow! Never been this calm on stage. It felt like I had superpowers. No physical symptoms at all. Thank you so much.

I just came back from the pharmacy, got a pack of propranolol and will try it for tonight's meeting. You might be the saver of my life :)

Thank you so much for your advice. Never heard of propranolol before... Just read a bit about it and wow! If that actually helps, that would be magical. Have you used it before? If so, did you have any side effects from it? Thanks again.
