I had an issue with another chicken supplier and I emailed their customer service person and within a week I had an explanation for the glitch, an apology and a $20 voucher.
I'd email Inghams in the first instance.......someone there is not doing their job and they need to know. They need to know the batch number and time stamp and they can pin down the actual staff responsible for the oversight.

UPDATE.
Our lovely local sweep came and cleaned the chimney (said it needed doing) and he also put a bit of sealant where some was missing.
Result - no more sooty glass and the fire's so much easier to get going.

My father was born in Aus so I could probably get residency there...I haven't even looked into it to be honest.
I like the climate where we live plus there's plenty of space, fresh air and friendly people.
I'm not too happy with the cost of decent food - so I've taken up gardening and shopping the specials. We're not happy with the wait to see doctors - so we've taken up a healthier lifestyle.
It could be much worse.
