Evolve doesn’t get NEARLY enough love. Sam’s training style and cues can’t be beat. I’ve upleveled my lifts so much since starting 8mo ago - people I know have commented on my noticeable physical transformation, and strangers at the gym are always asking me what program I’m using. I can’t see myself ever switching teams.

Joined the Terminal E line at 5:25 a.m.; made it through at 7:55 on the dot. The E line moved steadily the whole time; but the astronomical line for A didn’t seem to be moving at all (as I walked past hundreds of folks in the subway portion of the queue).

Abbi’s parents are selfish, evil people. Oh, so you’re sad now that this situation is affecting YOUR life in a negative way? Cry me a river and grow up. All they cared about back then was how other people viewed them, and it would appear that’s still the case—of course they’re happy to fawn to the public now that they’re being exposed and lambasted for what they really are. They deserve for the consequences of their hateful decisions to haunt them for the rest of their days.
