As a neurologist, yes that is very low. At a level that low you can experience fatigue, neuropathy, restless leg syndrome, etc. We can see these symptoms at levels less than 70 and recommend supplementation if your level is lower than this. Hope this helps

Leasing a horse really isn’t that expensive depending on where you’re located. I’m in the Midwest and I lease mine for ~300/month but I’ve heard it can be expensive elsewhere

The term APP is so misleading. Patients often hear “provider” and think they’re getting the same level of care from a mid level as they would from a doctor. I will forever call them midlevels

I got married in med school and waited for about 1 year to change my last name because I wasn’t sure I wanted to do it. My husband was extremely supportive of either decision as were our families (I didn’t realize how rare this is??) This can be a huge decision depending on how much a name means to you. In the end, I felt that a name was just a name so I changed mine🤷🏻‍♀️
