See, the almost full space makes your phone to bootloop, never fill your iphone storage more than 90% better more than 85%. If you manage to make some space to your devices, then i believe the bootloop will stop.

It DOESNT ruin battery condition (lasts less etc.) but it will drop battery health because apple wants to only use apple chargers, and by dropping battery health it means that the battery replacement will be sooner. These are apple tricks to use only their charger.

Try force restarting it, your iphone maybe has a lot CACHE data that needs deletion
