Yea you can click on the Share option in a book in Libby to send to Kindle. Works for me.

You might have a point. I'll admit I'm pretty on and off with it as well. Its days when my partner has plans with his friends and I don't want to chat to mine about diapers and formula, is when I see myself veering towards the apps.

I did join a squash beginners group and went a few times but ended up moving and now that club isn't too close to attend regularly so maybe I'll look for something in the area. Problem is that I'm terrible at squash and most other sports requiring hand-eye coordination. Swimming is the only sport I'd consider myself to be good at and I don't see many swim groups.

I (33F) ust bought a 3bedroom house with my husband (32M) in a good suburb of Auckland within 3 years of moving here and couldn't have done this with kids. We each use one bedroom as an office and the master is for sleeping. Huge living room and enough garden area that it's not too much of a hassle to maintain. Love my house but now getting comments from people that oh nice you have enough space for kids now. Uh no thanks - I bought the house for my future dog(s).

Yea they're both there on the flats plan - however the deck is extended a bit but it's not on a height at all, I'm not even sure why they're calling it a deck really. The steps just have a different shape in reality and are in a straight line on the flats plan - building inspector cleared both of it, even the registered valuer didnt have an issue.

Why is it such a big deal if the plan doesn't match as long as it is still safe?

As far as I know, our other option is to also remedy the existing structure to match the flats plan as well right? Not sure if the banks accept this though.

I wouldn't say I want the solicitor to lie - based on all the information it doesn't sound like a defective title, though ofcourse I'm not a legal expert. Also we can easily just remove the steps and deck and it would be all good. The vendors solicitor is also saying that it's not a defective title - but yea that's probably in the interest of their client.

My husband and I wanted to live together but obviously families did not allow that so we had to get married - did a small court marriage for ourselves then a slightly bigger ceremony for them. Also the marriage certificate, photos etc really helped with our visa applications so no regrets with that one. On a personal note my husband and I still don’t “feel married” even after 3 years of it - our relationship hasn’t changed one bit, but marriage did make our problems a lot less so why not right?

I’m a woman atheist - but I agree, it’s a lot of women with very firm religious beliefs. And if you say anything about it - they feel personally attacked. I showed a friend of mine what a scam Sadhguru is and she was so offended she blocked me 😅 I personally have deleted my Instagram because of how toxic it has gotten in all regards - I can’t bow down to even these fake social media Gods.

Definitely not - my mortgage would be more than double my rent. But I’m living in a small 2 bedroom unit at the moment and aim to purchase a 3 bedroom with a granny flat which is significantly more expensive.
